BAPTIST ASSEMBLY SESSION 2008:
Anjum Anwar MBE (for services to inter-faith relations)

Anjum was appointed as the Dialogue Development Officer for Blackburn Cathedral in 2007
She is the first Muslim woman appointed to a Cathedral staff, where she works closely with Canon Chris Chivers, developing positive inter-faith relations.
The session was in a question and answer format and was attended by 60 people at the Baptist Assembly.
